He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Howell and Polly Mosley Howell; and his brother Dallas Howell of Indiana. He is survived by: his wife Drucilla Younce Howell; and his sons, Brad Howell of McDowell, Kentucky, Stephen Howell of McDowell, Kentucky and Brandon Howell (Terri) of McDowell, Kentucky. He is also survived by Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren; A Host of Nieces, Nephews.
