She is survived by: her sons, Scottie Kiser of McDowell, KY and Mikel Kinney of McDowell, KY; her brother Raymond Hall; her grandchildren, Sarah Makel Kinney, Jessica Kiser, Allyson Kiser and Tyler Collins; and her great grandchildren, Lukas, Taylor, Rhoslyn Stumbo, Leah, Avery and Elden Collins.
