She is survived by: her husband Sonny David Tackett; her daughters, Danielle Harvel (Allen) of McDowell, Kentucky and Sonya Slone (Kevin) of McDowell, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kennedy Harvel, Braden Harvel and Lincoln Slone; her brothers, Jeff Case (Diana) of McDowell and Anthony Bo Case (Sherry) of Garrett, Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Joetta Case of McDowell, Kentucky. She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
