He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Kitt and Verdie Hall Stumbo; and his siblings, Klein Dean Stumbo, Paul Gordon Stumbo, Greta Glo Clark and Helen S. Hall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Stumbo of Martin, KY, Johnny G. Stumbo, Carl Stumbo and Nancy S. Gibson; and his nephews, John Stumbo (Jessica) of Hueysville, KY and James Scott Stumbo (Kim).
