He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona Shelton Stewart; his parents, Revella Stewart and Christine Martin Stewart; and his son Kendall Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Stewart of Hi Hat, KY and Leah Mudge (Jeff) of Hi Hat, KY; his stepdaughters, Monica Jervis (Ellis) of Prestonsburg, KY and Stephanie Johnson (JJ) of Hueysville, KY; his brothers, Dean Stewart of Jacksonville, FL and Benjie Stewart of Prestonsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Stacia, Justin, Casey, Kendall, Maddie, Seth, Josh, Bretton and Bradley; and his great grandchildren, Mashayla, Peyton, Noah, Gabriella, Isabella and Brayden.
