He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M Kutz and Hazel Kutz; and his siblings, Madge and Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Tony (Heidi), Karen (Phillip Duncan) and Brad (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jamie, Joey (Courtney), Whitney, Cortney, Ryan and Michael (Lauren); his sisters, Victoria Winquest (MI) and Eileen Dobrowolski (CA); and his niece Ann Ratterman.
