She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Fraley and Grace Castle Fraley; her husband Arthur Sexton; her children, Gregory Belcher, Kimberly Rowe and Diana Lewis; her grandson Alex Belcher; and her siblings, John Davis Fraley, Dana Paul Fraley, Beulah Brown, Norma Jean Shepherd and Juanita Samons.
She is survived by: her sons, Woodrow Belcher Jr. (Tiffany) of Richmond, KY and Paul Belcher (Marguerite) of Minnie, KY; her grandchildren, Kelli Mosley, Justin Spriggs, Jody Spriggs, Diana Belcher, Andrew Belcher, Paul Belcher, Lacy Belcher, Daniel Belcher, David Robinson, Kenneth Burchhardt, Leean Mosley, Gabriel Belcher, Nicole Fox and Gregory Belcher; and her sister Donna Gaye Hall. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
