She is survived by: her son Sonny Tackett (Janie) of McDowell, Kentucky; her granddaughters, Danielle Harvel (Allen) and Sonya Slone (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Braden and Lincoln; her brother Perry Tackett (Brenda) of McDowell, Kentucky; and her nieces and nephews, Alesha Hall (Lenny), Sherry Pack (Dale) and Michael Lee Tackett.
