He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Triplett and Marie Moore Triplett. He is survived by: his daughter Candace Brook Triplett of Prestonsburg; his siblings, Chris Triplett of Letcher County, Beverly Meade of Bevinsville, Felicia Crank (Rusty) of Hi Hat, Melissia Hall (John) of Bevinsville, Kathleen Triplett (Shawn Cosby) of Ashland and Penny Cook (Jason) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Serenity, Gabriel and Brayden.
