Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
