He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Diana Kaye Mullins and Sammy Dave Adams; his partner Jamie Ann Hall; his children, Sammy Bryan Adams (Tatum) of Columbia, Kentucky, Jessie Grant Tucker Adams of Columbia, Kentucky, Armina Kinsley Jackson (Laramie) of Salyersville, Reagan Gabrielle Adams of Columbia and Isabella Aileen Adams of Paintsville, Kentucky; his sister Angela Diana "Angie" Mullins (Sugar Bo) of McDowell, Kentucky; his aunts and uncles, Marietta Adams (late Tommy Neil), Greg Adams (Judy), Tootsie Adams (late Ronnie), Jim Enderby (late Donna Gaye), Mary Jenkins (late Steve), Terry Mullins (Kathy) and Frieda Mullins (late Mike); his cousin Kristy Moore (Alan Joe); his grandparents, Tom, Aileen Hall Adams, Herman and Mildred Mullins; his nieces and nephews, Logan Brock Mullins, Adam Michael Nalle (Ashley), Grace Kennedy Mullins (Trevor Stancil) and Abby Brooke Nalle; and his sister Alicia Dawn Adams.
