She is survived by: her husband Harold Moore; her children, Tyra Montiforte (Mike) of Jordan, Samantha Moore of McDowell and Braxton Moore of McDowell, Kentucky; her siblings, Jimmy Whitehead of Ashtabula, Terry Whitehead of Ashtabula and Kimberly Woe of Ashtabula, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jarred, Megan, Damon, Kylie, Xander and Raiden; her great grandchildren, Matt and Sam; her nieces, Tiffany Rose and Brandy Adkins; and her brother Carl Wagner (Karen).
