She is survived by: her children, Carl Bentley (Kristi) of Indianapolis, IN, David Bentley of Plainfield, IN, Donnie Bentley (Melissa) of Monrovia, IN and Marcie Bentley Morgan of Prestonsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Shelby (Shawn), Dakota (Abigail), Melissa, Mason, Megan and Morgan; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Noah, Salem, Kyra, Braelyn, Adalynn and Brinleigh; and her close friend Amanda Fraley.
