It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Canterbury of McCarr, Kentucky, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Canterbury and Wilda Clevenger; and his daughter Krista Channell. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Canterbury (Taylor) of McCarr, KY; his daughter Jennifer Powell of Dunn, NC; his stepdaughter Tabetha Norman of McCarr, KY; his sisters, Phyllis Cross of Columbus, OH and Charlotte Plumber of Blackshear, GA; and his child Jayradon Nash-Wilson of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
