He was predeceased by: his mother Leatha Ball Farley; his grandparents, William Hubbard, Hattie Mae Farley, Andrew and Ruby Blanche Ball; his siblings, Allen, Brian, Robert, William Farley and Sharon Farley; his nephew Randy Farley; and his sister Ethel McClure (Allen) of Martinsville, VA.
He is survived by: his father William H. Farley, Jr.; and his brothers, David Farley of Turkey Creek, KY and Johnnie Farley of McCarr, KY.
