He is survived by: his grandfather John Michael Merrill; his parent Minnie Berry Merrill; his children, Anita Gail Merrill of Maysville, Mike Merrill (Debbie) of Mays Lick and Cheryl Robinette (John) of Spartanburg; his great grandchild Hillary (Cory Hudson); and his grandchildren, Avery of Edgewood, Kinley of Edgewood, Jake of Edgewood, Janie Lynn of Edgewood, Amy Robinette, Hillary and Lacey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
