He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Morgan Arp and Daisy Mae McGuire Arp; and his daughter Regina Arp. He is survived by: his wife Betty Thacker Arp; his children, Tom Arp (Darlene), April Piepho (Dan) and Angie Pruitt (Josh); his grandchildren, Andrew Arp, Crystal Arp, Kimberly Arp, Heather Arp, Johnathan Roth, Chris Piepho (Hailey), Jacob Barnett and Janie Barnett; and his great grandchildren, Clayton, Trenton, Logan, Alexis, Emily and Freya.
