He is survived by: his wife Millie Wilson Lowe; his daughter Kim Garrison; his stepdaughters, Holly Mullikin and Vanessa Gardner; and his grandchildren, Allison Hackworth, Justin Garrison, Travis Lowe, Jessica Garrison, Amayah Gardner, Peyton Arthur, Noah Gardner, Kennedy, Kamie and Keegan Mullikin. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
