He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Gallenstein and Anna Lee O'Rourke Gallenstein; his sister Lois; his brother-in-law Joseph Klei; and his parents-in-law, Maurice and Ester Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Clark Gallenstein; his children, Jeff Gallenstein (Melody) of Winchester, KY, Monica Stahl (late Patrick) of Lexington, KY, George Shelton (Shannon) of Villa Hills, KY, Anna Gallenstein (George Hord) of Maysville and Lisa Salisbury (Mark) of Russsellville, OH; his siblings, Mary Jane Schumacher (Charles) of Maysville and Joseph Gallenstein (Mary) of Maysville; his grandchildren, Lauren Basara (Jared), Dalton, Jillian, Kathryn Gallenstein, Zachary, Kyle Howell (Ipek), Casey Mingee (Scott), Corey Shelton, Tyler Gallenstein, Christian Gallenstein, Payton Johnson, Jessica Salisbury (Ronnie Paine) and Hallie Salisbury; his stepgrandchildren, Jena, Lexi, Alec Rezelj, Samantha Sweet (Seth), Kari, Abbi and Brenna Stahl; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Zachary Howell, Jr. and Xavier Salisbury; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Levi, Luke, Landon Sweet and Jayden Stahl. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
All in attendance are required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
