It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Twilia Gallagher of Maysville, Kentucky, born in Adams County, Ohio, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gallagher and Ivy Gallagher (Jarvis); and her son Bradley Dailey. She is survived by: her daughters, Hellen Zornes (Brian) and Christina Dailey of Maysville, KY.
