It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Lee Lennex (Maysville, Kentucky), who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Patricia Ann Lennex; and his brother Mark Padgett. He is survived by: his daughter Terra Lennex; his significant other Robin Goodwin; his siblings, Sheryl Padgett Smith, Jeff Padgett and Chris Padgett; his stepdaughters, Courtney Conley and Lindsey Conley; his granddaughter Kennedy Faith Raglin; his aunt Paulette Henderson; and his close friend Bud Shumate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
