He is survived by: his wife Leeanna Workman Gilbert; his children, Michaela Johnson, Dylan Gilbert, Terri Gilbert (Mickey), Tommy Gilbert and Jerry Gilbert; his grandchildren, Colton Plummer, Blayne Plummer, Brantley Plummer and Tristan Powell; his siblings, Elizabeth Bolden (Dale), Charles Gilbert (Susie), Julie Gamez (Mario) and Teresa Gilbert; his nieces and nephews, Justin and Zach; and his sister Maria Ramsey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brell & Son Funeral Home (620 E 2nd St, Maysville, KY 41056). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
