She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence H. Gifford; and her siblings, Holmes Swartz, Edna Morgan, Cecil Thomas Swartz and Mary Brooks Clary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Lester (Bill), Lynn Moreland, Cindy Cropper (Steve) and Kathy Gifford (Ron Burkett); and her grandchildren, Bill Lester, Krista Smith, Stephenie Cropper Glass and Michael Cropper. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
