She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jim Hatton and Mary E. Adamson. She is survived by: her parents, Phil Tucker and Debbie Tucker of Maysville, KY.; her husband Bentley W. Applegate Jr.; her children, Tyler W. Applegate and Madison Brooke Applegate; her grandmother Donna Hatton; her sisters, Jennifer T. Wooley and Whitney T. Hardin; her nieces, Presley Renee and Peyton Elizabeth Wooley; her aunts, Marla H. Foellger and Kitty T Comer; and her friends, Randi Bolden, Nicole Flack, Michelle Russell and Rebecca Palmer.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Buffalo Trace, Inc. or Trinity United Methodist Church.
