It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Ann Mitchell (Maysville, Kentucky), born in Mason, Kentucky, who passed away on September 1, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Alice Lowe Miller; and her sister Mary Alice Browning. She is survived by: her daughter Penny Mills of Arlington, Texas; her granddaughter Marcella Mills of Grand Prairie, Texas; her great grandchildren, Zoe Mills, Caden, Coy and Harlan C. "Bubby" Mitchell, Jr.; her siblings, Peggy Shumate of Tollesboro, Bonnie Parker (Rick) of Maysville, Nancy Slack of Cynthiana, William Thomas Miller, Jr. of Maysville, Floyd Miller of Germantown, Lloyd Miller (Patricia) of Sandhill, Kentucky and Steve Miller (Sandra) of Lumberton, Texas; and her nieces, Martha McCann, Lisa Applegate, Tammy Hayden, Julie Callaway and Sally.
