He was predeceased by: his parents, James Newell Kirk and Frances Decembly Guinn; his son Dane Kirk; his siblings, John Edward Kirk, Sr., Austin Guinn, Virginia Bailey and Joan McDonald; and his granddaughter Meghan Gallagher.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kirk; his sons, Barry and Lath; his siblings, James Samuel Lofton and Brenda Johnson; and his grandchildren, Tierra, Dorian, Hope, Carlina, Rya, Justyce and Phoenixx.
