She is survived by: her close friend Steve Toy; her children, Jason Smoot (Angie) and Jovonnah Mayo; and her siblings, Dennis Miller (Juanita), Linda Applegate (Kenny), Leann Black (Ronnie), Jeff Miller and Dale Miller (Gayle).
