He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Crouch and Lavern Crouch; his mother-in-law Janet Eachus; and his siblings, Tommy Crouch, Sr., Stephen Crouch, Anita Crouch and Sandy Crouch.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Eachus Crouch; his children, Melanie Taylor (Brian) of Maysville, Jarvis Fryman (Sylvia) of Brooksville and Brandy McGowan (Micheal) of Dover; his grandchildren, Emmalee, MaKenzie, Angel, Kenzley, Jarvis, Josie, Bailey and Stephen; his father-in-law Eddie Eachus; his siblings, Charles Crouch (Betty) of Lexington, Oscar Crouch of Haines City, FL, Richard Crouch (Jenny) of Augsta, Dennis Crouch (Anita) of Haines City, FL, Shirley Ball (Marcus) of Morehead and Terry Crouch (Pam) of Augusta; and his pets, Cody and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
