She was predeceased by: her parents, John Douglas and Nannie Cook (Polly); her son David Michael Hall; her siblings, Bobby Cook, Brenda Selby and Marcella Combs; her brothers-in-law, Alan Selby and Frank Combs; and her nephew-in-law Rod Clos.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Lillie Cook of Lakeland, FL; her nieces and nephews, Tammy Clos, Robby Cook (Joyce), Matt Combs, John Gregory Combs (Diane), Michelle Rockefeller (Gordon) and Mark Selby (Jennifer); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shawn Clos, Kyle Clos, Danielle Cook, Robby Cook, Tyler Combs, Noah Combs, Hayleigh Combs, Spencer Combs, Savannah Casto, Jeris Carver, Blaike Selby and David Selby.
Memorials may be made to Orangeburg United Methodist Church, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
