He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna Insko Finn; his children, Laurie Poe (Tony) of Milford, KY, Katy Jenkins (Durk) of Frankfort, KY, Patrick Finn of Minerva and Nathaniel Finn (April) of Maysville; his grandchildren, Zackary Poe (Noel), Kelsey Poe, Cameron Jenkins, Sarah Jenkins, Leah Jenkins, J. P. Jenkins, Isabelle Finn, Eli Finn, Lily Finn and Emma Finn; and his siblings, Martha Pawsat (Ralph) of Minerva and Mike Finn of Dover.
