She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel Orme and Mae Dean Jefferson Orme; her husband Walter Lester Gibbons; her daughter Pamela Sexton; her granddaughter Christina Sexton; and her sisters, Bessie Crum and Cordella Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Sexton (Jim Reed) of Dayton and Judy Hook (Winston) of Maysville; her stepdaughter Michelle Gibbons of Tasmania, Australia; and her sister Connie Martin of Texas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brell & Son Funeral Home (620 E 2nd St, Maysville, KY 41056). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
