She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Edward Rigdon, Sr. and Margaret Frances Dugan Rigdon; and her siblings, Henry Edward Rigdon, Sr., Jaqueline Snipes and Frankie Sapp.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Nicole "Franny" Rigdon of Lexington and Nicholas Thomas Bellew of Maysville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Alycia Flores of Lexington, Miranda Flores of Lexington and Carson Thomas Bellew of Maysville; her great grandchild Felix O'Leary; her sisters, Peggy Rigdon Podraza Kosch (Ron) of Lexington and Edwina Kay Howard (Steve) of Maysville; and her close friend Crystal Simms of Maysville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
