He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Cooper and Gertrude Mofford Cooper; his sister Leota Massey; and his brother-in-law N. O. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kay Smith Cooper; his daughters, Leslie Anne Walton (Robert) of Maysville and Melina Frame (Jeff) of Maysville; his grandsons, Jackson (Haley) and Nickolas Frame; his brother Larry Cooper (Brenda) of Brooksville; and his siblings-in-law, Warren Massey, Larry Smith (Barbara) and Bonnie Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope or Brooksville Christian Church.
