He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marvin Maynard, Samuel and Trecle Fizer. He is survived by: his mother Judy Maynard Adamson; his stepfather Gary Adamson of Maysville; his siblings, Carrie Fizer of Maysville, Angel Fizer and Robert Boone (Gwendolyn) of Bowling Green, KY; his nieces and nephews, Genevieve, Emily, Therese Boone, Kadyn Marlow, John Arthur Boone and Louis Boone; and his grandmother Margaret Maynard of Maysville.
