She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Cord and Nancy Skaggs Cord; and her brother Charles Cord. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Kilgore; her daughter Jessica Short (Freddie); her grandchildren, Mariah, Theodore Johnathan and Emilee Short; and her siblings, Elsie Hamilton, Theodore "Teddy" Cord (Bernice), Cletis Cord (Kathy), Margaret Cord, Carol Morgan and Tina Cord. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
