He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mack Hampton; his daughters, Terra Middleton (Corky) of Maysville, Kay Phillips (Jason) of Aberdeen and Beth Roberson (Mike) of Tollesboro; his stepchildren, Dwane Humphries (Tina) of Augusta and Shelly Jolley (Jack) of Ripley; and his grandchildren, Scott Vance (Megan), Katelyn Jefferson (Andrew), Zach Stacy, Nathan Stacy, Brianna Phillips, Layton Rice, Allison Henderson, Kayla Storer (John), D. J. Humphries, Christopher Hughes, J. J., Quinlin and Shayla Rose. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
