He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jo Achor Phillips; his children, Chanslor James Phillips (Tonya), Corinne Louise Fetter (Trip), Edith Anne Porter (Bill) and Ronald Keith Phillips (Lindsay); his stepson Leighton Grover; his grandchildren, Morgan Wallace (Sam), Will Porter, Henry Fetter, Brayden Porter, Phillip Fetter, Karly Sue Fetter, Eli Porter, Josie Phillips, Bracey Porter and Wyatt Phillips; his sister Edith Phillips Ryan; the mother of his children Donna Phillips; his niece Kathi Rinesmith (Ralph); his great-nephew Ryan Owens (Lucy); and his sister-in-law Kim Miller (Neil).
