He was predeceased by: his daughter Cathy Hughes; and his brother Ronnie Chamblin. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Goodwin Chamblin; his children, Larry Chamblin, Jr. of Maysville and Adara Archey (T. J.) of Ft. Hood, TX; and his siblings, Robert Chamblin (Bob), Joyce Brooks and Eileen Simpson.
