He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Cooper; his significant other Sharon Newsome Cooper; his children, Shelley Quillen (Ronnie) of Dover, Kenneth Andrew "Andy" Cooper (Kara) of Dover and Amanda Cooper of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Hannah Applegate, Andrew Cooper, Sarah Quillen, Bailey, Quentin, Trenton, Aspen, Lincoln and Oaklynn; his stepfather Bob Wolfe; his mother-in-law Millie Newsome; and his siblings, Charlene Griffith, Sheila Mineer (Keith), Sandy Ward (Greg), Paula Cooper, Billy Cooper, Darre Cooper, Charles Cooper (Bonnie) and Jeff Newsome (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
