He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Douglas and Minnie Combess Douglas; his wife Pauline Doyle Douglas; and his children, Marce Douglas (Lick), LaVerne Taylor (Bob) of Fruitland Park, FL, Anna Gayle Orme (Joe) and Judy Walton (Connie Douglas).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Julie Douglas Burton, Sandy Puckett (Orme), Joni Douglas, James Douglas Taylor of Bushnell, FL, Andrea Duncan (Orme), Cheri McCord (Orme), Cassidy Connell (Walton) and Nathan Douglas May; and his siblings, Kate Barbee (Katherine), Louise Case, Ollie Strode (Dink), Myrtle Carpenter, Henry Douglas, Austin Douglas, Nina Watson Griffith (Tootsie), Shirley Douglas and Elizabeth Stitt (Irene).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Forman's Chapel United Methodist Church in care of Katrina Winters, 5037 Alhambra Road, May's Lick, KY 41055..
