He is survived by: his wife Donna Ginn Powell; his children, Joseph Powell (Becky) of Higginsport, OH, Brandin Powell (Dominique) of Ripley, OH, Megan Pollitt (Josh) of Tollesboro, KY, Sydonna Lewis (Chris) of Tollesboro, KY, Vanessa Flinders (Matt) of Maysville, KY, Bobbi Powell of Maysville, KY, Justin Cooper (Brittany) of Maysville, KY and Linda Powell of Maysville, KY; his siblings, Rodney Powell (Tina), Paul Powell (Shelia), David Powell (Karen), Roy Powell, Janie Whisman (Donny), Freeda Hayslip (James), Verdena Moran (Eddie) and Carolyn Hord; his grandchildren, Alexis, Landon Dearing, Brianna Crump, Chandler Dodson, Deanna, Bethany, Emaleigh, Braydin, Elijah, Madalynn, Eric Powell, Erica, Autumn Lewis, Lorrin Silas, Liam Pollitt, Abrionna, Hailey, Summer, Larry Jr., Kaydence Hesler, Dawson Combs, Riley, Nevaeh and Gabrielle Powell; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Lawhun, Lively Quin Ellis, Remington, Masien Tucker, Brantley Henderson, Raelynn and Kasen Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brell & Son Funeral Home (620 E 2nd St, Maysville, KY 41056). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
