He is survived by: his wife Martha Kinney Perkins; his sons, Jared Perkins (Angie) of Alexandria, KY and Gavin Perkins (Brooke) of Maysville, KY.; his grandchildren, Brennan Perkins, Easton Perkins, Kassidy Perkins, Wyatt Perkins and Reagan Perkins; and his sisters, Carolyn Feagan and Anna Katherine Allender (Dewey).
