She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Hamilton and Mildred Glascock Hamilton; her husband Darrell Ray Smith Sr.; her sons, Darrell Ray Smith Jr. and Jeremi Wayne Smith; and her siblings, Brenda Parks, Maybelle Logan, Patti Martin, Ann Jones, Wayne Hamilton and Ricky Hamilton.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Smith (Marlene); her grandchildren, Candace Nicole Smith and Orion Smith; and her sisters, Betty (Jerry Parks), Kathy (Larry White), Sandy (David Clark), Elitha Jones and Bonnie Willoughby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
