He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Louise Allender Winkle; his children, Chris Clouse of Maysville, KY and Mary Clouse of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Kailey Hasson and Breanna Clouse; his siblings, Jeanette Applegate, Zenola Winkle and Ronnie; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Debbie, Annette, Karen, Pam, Gerald, Kevin, Teresa, Tina, Kathy, Lisa and Jennifer.
