He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Martha Luman Reed; and his brothers, Donnie Reed, Sam Reed, Randy Reed and Bernie Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Reed of Maysville, KY; his stepchildren, Teresa Harkins, Lorie Harkins and Amber Posey (Brent); and his siblings, Dale Reed (Joyce) of Maysville, KY and Sherry Whitaker (Conrad) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
