He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Franklin Collier and Margaret Anderson Ledford; and his siblings, Robert Collier and Brenda Collier. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Hitt (Robert) of Maysville, Donna Hamilton (Mark) of Maysville, Steve Collier (Darla) of Germantown and Charles Ledford of Maysville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
