She was predeceased by: her parents, William Souder and Ethel Wainscott Souder; her children, John Henderson and Nina Ruth Henderson; her son-in-law Ed O'Cull; and her siblings, Anna Mae Souder, Everett Souder, Edgar Souder, Rosetta Combs and Robert Souder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ethel Mae O'Cull and Carol Pollitt (Gary); and her daughter-in-law Libby Henderson.
Memorials are suggested to Oakwoods Church of Christ or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
