He is survived by: his wife Anna Belle Worthington of Maysville; his children, Shawna Mitchell (Scott) of Winchester, KY and Joseph Worthington (Liz) of Scipio, IN; his grandchildren, Lainie Mitchell and Scotty Mitchell of Winchester, KY; and his brother Keith Worthington (Phyllis) of Ohio.
