It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geneva Gifford Rigg (Maysville, Kentucky), who passed away on June 21, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gifford and Maude Cooper Gifford; her husband Elmer Rigg; and her siblings, Ethel Staggs, Eloise Reeves, Irma Soard, Goldie Irene Wheeler, Glen, Woodrow and Donald Ray Gifford.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Wilkins of Maysville, Becky Fulton (Jeff) of Lexington, Ronald Rigg of Florida, Bart Rigg (Tammy) of Georgia and Trey Rigg (Kelle) of Maysville; her sister-in-law Faye Orth of Portsmouth; and her niece Debbie Feldman of Alexandria. She is also survived by 5 grandsons, 7 granddaughters, 9 greatgrandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
