He was predeceased by: his parents, William Middleton and Margaret Huber Middleton; and his brother Mickey Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Pumpelly Middleton; his daughters, Marcy Faris (Robbie) and Kristi Middleton (Christian Crum); his grandsons, Tanner and Brady Faris; his siblings, Corky Middleton (Terra) and Gwynn Grutza (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Middleton, Kerri Green, Gabe and Dustin Grutza.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory (5043 Main St, Mayslick, KY 41055). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
